When it comes to determining DFM issues it's vital that we have a small sample of the area causing the issue; especially when working with PCB manufacturing data. Every PCB CAD tool outputs their Gerbers, ODB++ differently the resulting filled objects and plane areas could be constructed with hundreds of small line segments, invalid/overlapping polygons, polarity issues (dark/clear) areas, undefined layer types, net mismatches, etc.
FAB 3000 contains a tool that lets you cut-out a small section of any design and removes all other data except for the inner resulting objects (menu: Job > Cutout Job Area...). Here's a quick video showing how to cutout any section of a design and then save to job file, menu: Export > Job File (*.job)
Note: All customer data is treated confidentially and deleted immediately after the support incident is resolved; we're also happy to sign any NDA. Please contact us for more assistance, https://www.numericalinnovations.com/contact-us
