FAB3000 uses Flexnet (the most common floating license manager), a google search will yield solutions for any Flexnet error messages, such as you previously displayed a screen capture with the following: flexnet licensing error "-1,359"

1. The first thing is to determine if you have any other Flexnet floating licensed software on your server. If yes, then you can include our vendor daemon numinno.exe to the other products,

If there are any problems or error codes with server setup, search the our support forums, google (thousand of IT professionals have experienced similar situations with Flexnet), or run Flexnet diagnostics and send me the report file for review - we can also forward the log file to Flexera support (developers of Flexnet) for their feedback/suggestions.
Flexnet setup can definitely be a bit cumbersome to begin, but it's used in almost every engineering software application. FAB3000 uses a very vanilla implementation of "Flexnet" so you should be able to Google search any Flexnet error messages and find a solution.
