I’m using Mac, and I mostly wanted this program only if I can edit silkscreen logos of my Gerber files…As my Logo doesn’t come out very accurate…Basically, if I can’t fix/edit my Gerber files with Mac.

Yes, FAB 3000 can perform the silkscreen edits you require however it only runs on Linux and Windows.  If you have the ability to run Linux or Windows within your MAC, FAB 3000 should be a perfect solution.  Here's a few older links from our support forum which show how to modify your silkscreen using FAB 3000,
