Is there any way I can change the graphic so I can tall which parts I have built parts from? The light blue box with the thin lines is hard to spot.

My imported drill file does not align up with the gerbers. It seems to be shifted to the right. How can I fix this?

The IPC356 file seems a little offset with the extracted netlist and therefore it shows many error which is not expected.
