During build components, how do I get it to work with non ortho angles?

I try to add components (build components) in gerber layers without netlist file. I can’t build these component (red rectangle) because next component has to large package.

Is there any way to convert a layer to drill and replace the original rather than just adding the drills to the flashes?

Is it possible to move PCBs (when making panel) to position with coordinates (X and Y)? It would be nice feature and will save us a lot of time. We would love if we can move PCBs by X,Y coordinates instead of snap move.

What is the magic for getting pin numbers to label right? I select pin 1 on a single row component and the remaining pin numbering is always wrong.
