During build components, how do I get it to work with non ortho angles?

During build components, change the value of "Apply To:" to "All (1 Degree Search)".  FAB 3000 will now accurately build components with 1 degree increments.  It may take a bit longer to perform Build Components, however all rotations will be detected.
