During build components there should be one component not two.

To avoid (two components), I recommend that you run "Build Components"
for devices with a larger pin counts first and then work your way down
to the smaller pin counts. Since components are simply objects in FAB
3000 you can delete those two components, and then either run "Build
Components" for that specific device or "Insert Component".
