The drill file generated has many digits without any points or commas. How can I add a Decimal places to the drill file output?

How can I change the drill file scale without having to re-import it? It loaded 10X too large.

I understand that FAB 3000 allow us to create our own design and choose them appropreiately during the DFM but my question is the design rule that by default comes with FAB 3000 what it is based on?

I couldn’t space out the circuits/pcbs with my own choice (space between each circuit).
