DFM Software Crashing

Thanks for contacting support.

When a crash occurs, do you get this message box asking to save your workspace file and submit a support ticket?

If No, than the crash is cause by an outside source (i.e not inside FAB3000, PCB Preflight), typically: Anti-virus/Firewall shutting down the application. Everyone's computer system is setup differently and perhaps learning more about the computer system you're using will help determine the cause of the crashes.

3. What Windows version are you using? Language
4. What folder was the application installed?
