DFM Software Crashing

Thanks for contacting support.
When a crash occurs, do you get this message box asking to save your workspace file and submit a support ticket?
If No, than the crash is cause by an outside source (i.e not inside DFM Now), typically: Anti-virus/Firewall shutting down DFM Now, or a display/device crash issue. Here's suggestions regarding if it's anti-virus/firewall related,

Everyone's computer system is setup differently and perhaps learning more about the computer system you're using will help determine the cause of the crashes.
1. Do you have dual monitors? If yes, keep DFM Now in your primary screen (and not in secondary screens),

2. What type of mouse or "pointing device" is being used?

3. What Windows version are you using? Language
4. What folder was DFM Now installed?
