I have a component like below, there are 12 of them per pcb.
How can move each of the 4 pads to a different direction and change the shape of each to something different. Since the dcodes is the same on all 12 components, I need the different edit per pad to be done on all 12

Thanks for your question. There are several ways to accomplish this in a Gerber editor like FAB 3000.
(A) Create aperture and change D-code:
Create the new shape and size pad you want in the Apertures Table... (menu: Setup / Apertures Table...)
Then select any pads you wish to change, and go to menu: Edit / Properties...
Select the New Dcode shape you just created (from the pull-down), and press OK.
Now those 4 pads have a new shape. Here's a quick video (no sound),

(B) Customer Aperture Method:
Select the group of Pads that create your component.

Now that I have a custom aperture, I can just edit that custom aperture and it will update everywhere else,
or
(C) Convert to Job:
Now that I have an inserted job, I can just edit that job and it will update everywhere else,
