How accurate is FAB 3000 for Viewing, Measure, DRC, DFM, etc?

The FAB 3000 database is by default set to 1/100 micron accuracy. Typically values displayed on the screen such as aperture size, will be accurate to 1 micron.
Should you require even more accurate geometries and display you can adjust the FAB 3000 database extents to 1 nano-meter.
