I have forgotten my activation code and/or password. How do I retrieve it?

1. Visit our website Activation Code Center and click the button: License Manager
2. Complete the form "Resend License Info", and press button: Send License Info
Note: To find your license, we use the Email address of the person who initially activated the software. If that person has left the company, or no longer available please contact support for assistance on replacing the activation email.
3. Check your email (it may be sent to your Spam/Junk folder).
Your activation code and/or password will be sent to you (as long as you have previously specified an email address). If it does not arrive within minutes, check your junk mail folder in case it was misidentified as spam.

Note: To ensure the re-activation procedure is as quick and simple as possible, we strongly suggest you keep a record of your current password and any previous passwords you have used (because new passwords must not have been used before). It is preferable to keep this list off your computer so that you do not lose it if your hard disk fails.
