Thanks again for your question. Typically some people will generate a Panel Outline layer and then output a PDF. When the Panel is visible, go to menu: Tools | Add Outline Layer..., select defaults, and press OK. Then Print with the Panel outline layer visible. Here's a quick video (on a sample panel),
Note: In the next FAB3000 update, we'll add a Print Option to Include panel Outlines in the resulting PDF (similar to your drawing, without having to create an outline layer).
