 Hi,

Is there a way to create a pad with a rectangular shape that remains a rectangle even after rotation, without being converted into a custom shape (MACRO)?

The Custom MACRO95 is most likely defined inside the Gerber file (custom not created by FAB3000).

Are there lots of different Custom shapes like MACRO95?  You can send me the same Gerber file and I'll determine if the rectangle with rotation could be extracted (instead of a Custom) - when FAB3000 is importing the Gerber file.

If it's just one shape, you could go into the Aperture table... (menu: Setup >  Aperture table... ), and overwrite the Custom MACRO95 with something like this.  Press Apply to make change permanent throughout the entire workspace.
