When I import ODB++ panel is all I see is outlines?

Since you're viewing a "panel" which contains inserted jobs. By default FAB 3K may show the outlines (of inserted Jobs). To display inside the Inserts, please makes sure to check the option menu: View | Inside Inserts (Step & Repeat).
