FAB3000 can extract the Pads from your Top and Bottom metal layers to generate a Mask Layer.
Go to menu: Fabrication | Generate Mask Layer(s)... verify the options (see below), and press OK to create the Mask Layers.
Top Pad Master: This is the Top metal layer. Some older PCB designs may have a separate layer with just the Pads (i.e padmaster) - if so select that layer.
Bottom Pad Master: This is the Bottom metal layer. Some older PCB designs may have a separate layer with just the Pads (i.e padmaster) - if so select that layer.
Clearance from Pads: This is the annular ring between Mask and Pad. Default: 5 mils (0.127mm).
Maximum Pad Size: Assign the maximum Pad master object dimensions that will be referenced in your generated mask layer(s). Any Pads with dimensions larger than this value are omitted. Default: 300 mils (7.62mm).
Pad Selection: Choose what Pad Master object types will be referenced in your generated mask layer(s). Default: Flashes Only
