How can I get the best results when Exporting NC Rout?

Suggestion #1:  When exporting disable "Cutter Compensation" during NC Export.  (See below)

Suggestion  #2: FAB has a very robust ODB++ exporter (which includes everything on one file), and most PCB manufacturers can accept ODB++.  Try exporting as ODB++.
