How to remove parts of some of the polygons at the right end of the board (the two rightmost segments).

Use the command menu: Edit | Properties...
Since those gerber objects are polygons, I decided to just determine which vertices should be removed and then update the Y coordinate - using the Properties dialog. I performed for both polygons (on the right most side).
