FAB3000 is unable to work with Unicode characters in path

Both FAB 3000 and DFM Now are perfectly able to handle any files with Unicode Paths.  The only area this was not enabled, was when you "double-click" an existing workspace file.  In those cases, you would need to start either "DFM Now" or "FAB 3000" and go to menu: File > Open Workspace...   It will open and display the workspace file - regardless of any unicode path.
