I couldn’t import .asc and .cam cad file that I’m trying to detail inside them.

Thanks for your questions.  FAB 3000 doesn't directly support formats .camcad or .asc

If possible try saving your designs as an ODB++ or IPC-2581 file.  These formats contain the complete PCB design description and may be loaded into FAB 3000.
