Fab 300 has mouse bite drill outside the board outline but IPC recommended drill inside board outline. How can I set it per IPC?

To adjust the perpendicular placement of the mouse-bites within a tab, use the Offset Setting.

Here's a quick tutorial video (no sound) that shows the different placement of the mouse-bites when different values are entered for the "Offset" setting.
