When I panelize 2 layer gerber file, FAB3000 create 4 layer panelized gerber.

During panelization FAB 3000 may create additional layers such as "score", "panel_outline" if they're checked. If those are not needed, please uncheck or select "No" for these Panel Wizard options.
Note: If extra layers are created that you do not want, they can be deleted or omitted when you export to Gerber, ODB++, IPC-2581, etc.
