FAB 3000 can generate the netlist/IPC from Gerbers.

1. Extract and Generate Netlist (there are more examples on the FAB 3000 - Help Center).

Once you generate both the Netlist and Centroid from your Gerbers, you can then export an IPC-D-356/A Netlist file for flying probe test. Go to menu: File | Export | IPC-D-356/A..
