We need the Gerbers exported from FAB 3000 to emulate the EasyGerb Output. Is that possible?

Yes. During Gerber Export (or PCB Export) choose "EasyGerb" for the option Export Gerber format (see below). That's it, FAB 3000 will export it's gerber files similar to EasyGerb.
