The drill file generated has many digits without any points or commas. How can I add a Decimal places to the drill file output?

By default Drill files do not use decimal places, but instead rely on the Integer and Decimal digit settings used when you export a Drill file.  However if you require decimal places in your drill file export, please set the Drill Export option "Zero Suppression" to "Decimal".  Please see screen capture below,
