Can I fix a job to a region of the Panel (always on the top)?

There's not a specific command for that yet to force jobs on top,bottom, etc. (however we could look at adding that type of logic to the Panel Wizard). There are several tricks you can use immediately to get those desired results. FAB 3000 supports hierarchy (like blocks in AutoCAD), so you either manually insert those jobs first at the top, or you could create a new parent job which contains arrays of inserted jobs, and then insert that parent job into the Panel (essentially the Parent job would define a certain region of the Panel).
