FAB 3000 cannot load any native layout software files. It can however perform a automated import of CAM data generated by Allegro and OrCAD - During import, it automatically determines all layer types, stack up and blind/buried drills. FAB 3000 is basically a Gerber editor & data translator. Gerber format is simply vector data describing lines, arcs and circles with X,Y coordinates with no intelligence or associations. ODB++ files exported from Altium or other layout programs can however contain everything - BOM info, Centroid info, etc. and ODB++ imported into FAB 3000 will have design intelligence.
