How do I remove the silkscreen (legend) from the pads

Is it possible to remove all silkscreen from the copper pads?

Yes.

First make sure your layers are correctly defined in the layer table. (Setup / Layer Table)
Next open the Silkscreen Optimizer. (Fabrication / Silkscreen Optimizer)
In the Silkscreen Optimizer menu choose the silkscreen layer to optimize and it's associated soldermask file.
Make any adjustments to the clearance and stub length, output layer and logic.

Click OK and you're done!
