The build components command will attempt to generate remaining pins (after 1) in sequence. If the remaining sequence is incorrect, you may edit the component footprints and sort the pin order.
Please perform the following:
Go to menu: Windows / Footprint browser..., and select the component footprint you wish to modify.
Use command "Sort Pins" (located in menu: Tools / Sort Pins...)
Select the object for Pin #1.
Repeat and continue until the Pin sequence is correct.
Save Footprint.
