After importing the attached centroid file, I didn't see any thing, but after running "Convert External Centroid (to Components)...", some features exist, but I can't see the Ref.Des, and the side of the component is wrong.

Thanks for contacting support. Centroid files do not have a standard format, so they all vary - for example some centroid files will have the RefDes in the first column, and others will have in the 3rd column, etc.
Here's a tutorial movie showing how to import a Centroid file and configure FAB 3000 to import the Centroid file.
