Thanks for your question.
FAB 3000 supports hierarchy, so all you need to do is import the PNP
file for each job, and when you export from the panel everything
will be automatically updated & merged. Since you have Orcad,
you actually have three solutions to export PNP for any entire
panel:

I use Orcad PCB Designer Standard and I generate Pick&Place in .rpt file. When I merge few projects in one panel is there any way to also merge the Pick&Place files?
