When i tried scaling a smt pad using the scale pad feature on only a oblong pad it does not scale it properly.  This only happens if I set the x and y percentage at a different percentage and on a oblong pad (on a rectangular pad is fine).  if the percentages are the same then there is no problem.

When the percentage is different, it twists the pad instead of reducing accordingly.
