Is there a way to update the Gerber files after the apertures are updated?

I tried to update the thermal apertures in the aperture table that had the Minimum Annular Ring errors (I increased the ID and OD so that the minimum annular ring is 5 mil), but the Gerber files were not automatically updated. Is there a way to update the Gerber files after the apertures are updated?

The Gerber files will be instantly updated if you modify any Dcode.  Please make sure of the following (while in the Aperture Table):
(1)  After modifying a Aperture, you have pressed button "Enter". This will allow all parameters to update in the Aperture table and in the preview window.
(2)  Make sure you are editing the correct Dcode for the Thermal Aperture you wish to edit.  For example if a Thermal has a Dcode of 50 and you are editing Dcode 75  (it will have no effect on the original thermal you wish to edit).

Note: If you're unsure which dcode to edit, view the PCB in FAB 3000 - zoom in to towards the Thermal and select it.  That Thermal's dcode will now be the active Dcode in FAB 3000 - You will see the Dcode displayed in the Active Dcode Combo Box, and in the Status bar below.  If you now go to the Apertures Table (menu: Setup / Apertures Table...) you will see that Aperture displayed.
