The PCB layout in question is from an old legacy design for which we no longer have the original design files except that is for the Gerber file.

I have had to modify the layout slightly to resolve an issue with an obsolete component.

As you will see there is a *.GND and *.PWR plane which are the ones I have concerns about with reference to our IPNEG discussions.
