Add Traces with Clearance with a Copper fill on a PCB Ground Layer.

What would really be cool is if you could lay down a trace in a Dark and have a larger trace underneath it in Clear. That way you could define a polygon on a lower Dark as your copper fill and would magically have all clearances. Can you do something like this with the Aperture tool?

Use the option called "Clearance" (in the toolbar next to the Polarity option) for commands in the Add menu (i.e. Add Pad, Trace, Polygon, Text, etc). By default it will be zero, however if you add a value to it then there will be a clearance around that object when you add it. Here's a movie tutorial how to perform those type of edits with clearance:
