For the solder side, I didn't use mirror option in gerber-274x -- is that okay?

I don't think mirror of your data is required.  Most manufacturers prefer receiving all data with "no mirror".  It allows them to correctly perform DFM and/or other checks before releasing to the manufacturing floor.   When creating the photomasks they will then perform the mirror for solder side, etc.
