I've tried several times for loading the attached files into Fab3000, However it seems the drills flying everywhere.

Your Gerbers are outputted with 2.4 format (accurate to 0.0001") and the drill is outputted at 2.3 (accurate to 0.001"). I created a quick tutorial showing you how to load your PCB in FAB 3000:
