Possibility to draw drill holes filled and not only with a cross?

Yes, you may change the appearace of drill holes to be filled, without the default cross appearance.
1. Go to menu: Setup | Options...
2. Find Setting "Display Drill Hits as Target", and uncheck.
Now drills will be drawn as filled circles.
