I have the following 4 requirements:
1. Measure from one edge of a feature to another, for distance between two tracks, or measure a feature, i.e a track width or a pad width whats the best way to do this
2. Establish how many holes there are whats the best way to do this
3. Establish how many drill sizes there are whats the best way to do this
4. Take a layer and be able to mirror, rotate, offset. How do you select just one layer to work with ?
