PDF to Gerber

I've followed the instruction steps shown on the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5EjqnHtSzzU but couldn't get the thing done.
It processed only 15% then stopped. I've to restart the software. Then try again and again but never get the result.

Please see the attached files in the zip.  I've attached the picture on errors also the pdf file I used for testing. Please try my files to see If you could get it done. If you could Please tell me what I've done wrong. And please give me the instructions.

Thank you for your question.  If FAB 3000 is stuck at 15% that would indicate that Ghostscript may not be setup correctly on your computer.   Please make sure that you have downloaded and installed the 32-bit version of GhostScript (since FAB 3000 is 32-bit it needs the 32-bit verison of Ghostscript).
