When I select Graphical comparison between layers nothing happens.

When I select Graphical comparison between layers nothing happens.
'Info --> Graphical Comparison --> between Layers...', No selection window comes up.
Unfortunately I was not able to duplicate the problem. If possible, please make sure that you've registered FAB 3000. Here's a tutorial movie showing me using the Layer Comparison Feature with FAB 3000 V6:
