DFM Now! cannot load components in my ODB++

After an attempt to import ODB++ created from Allegro, DFMNOW had a problem importing the components even after I have the "Options" tab "Load Components:" picked.  Is there something I need to do, in order to resolve this issue?

Thanks for your question.  Importing components from an ODB++ are not supported in DFM Now!  You would need FAB 3000 Professional, to import components from an ODB++.
