When viewing my gerber, some arcs seem shifted. What could be the reason?

Thanks for contacting us and providing a sample gerber file. I did get the same results (of a shifted arc) when viewing in DFM Now!, but I also got somewhat similar results in other viewers.
My diagnosis is to make sure you output the gerbers with at least 4 or 5 trailing units (instead of 3 units). Right now the gerber is outputted as 2.3 Inch, which means all objects are forced to be snapped to a 1 mil grid (1/1000th inch) -- which in my opinion is causing the arcs to be shifted in all gerber viewers.
