2-up. The Gerbers have an L-shaped outline, so I need to rotate one image 180-degrees relative to the other.

If you have an L-shape board and you want a 2-Up, I would recommend you take the following steps.
  1. Start FAB 3000, and import your gerbers & drills (using AutoLoad) into the active job. 
  2. View the following video: 
Once you have inserted the two pcb's, you can treat each pcb as a single object (for editing, etc). Once your satisfied with the PCB placements, export gerbers & drills (menu: File | Export | Gerber...)
