I can't find how to add a drill hole to a panel of boards I am making.

I purchased FAB3000 product yesterday. I can't find how to add a drill hole to a panel of boards I am making. I see in the help topic I should "add drill hole" from the add tab, but I don't see that option. Please help me.

To add a drill hit, go to menu: Windows | NC Editor
This will place FAB 3000 in NC editor mode which changes the menus/toolbars/etc. and you can make perform NC editor features like menu: Add | Drill Hit
