When importing my drill I notice that FAB 3000 assigned generic tool sizes.

The generic tool sizes (seen below) are a result of an imported drill file not containing tool definitions in the header. So FAB 3000 will add generic tool sizes and then issue a "warning" after import stating that "drill tools were not defined, substituting with ...". If this occurs simply goto the tools table after import (menu: Setup | NC Tools Table...) and update the diameter sizes.
Note: Most drill files contain both the tool definitions and X/Y coordinates inside one file. On occasion, some PCB Cad software tools will output their drill data into two separate file: "X/Y Coordinates" and a "Drill Report file". The CAM software must import the X/Y coordinates for the drill locations (assign generic tool sizes), and then have the user manually enter-in the correct tool sizes.
