How do I rotate pcb 180 degrees, without changing the reference position?

To rotate 180 degrees a PCB without changing the reference position, please perform the following:
1. Select the PCB.
2. Go to menu: Edit | Rotate | 180
This will rotate the PCB but still keep the same reference position.
Note: If you want to rotate about a selected reference point, Go to menu: Edit | Rotate | Base, Angle...
