When import the gerber and drill file, detect the drill hole is not in place (mean location for the hole is not same with the design). Why this happen

How can I improve the results when I convert from Gerber to DXF? I need a DXF file with clean outlines for all gerber geometries.

We need to change solder paste mask gerber aperture sizes. Is there a way in your editor to globally change all apertures say 10% reduction?
