Paste apertures dosen't appear in the job project

Thanks again for sending the sample screen capture and gerber file.  

Your gerber files have Step/Repeat codes.

You'll need to check the menu option:  View > Inside Step and Repeat

Note:  If you don't want Step/Repeat codes, you may Explode to individual objects using menu:  Edit > Explode > All
