I had this issue in 8.9.23 as well, but whenever I extract these files (Attached) and attempt to autoimport the gerber directory, the program crashes to desktop.
I'm not sure if this is a local issue with my computer or with the program as I BELIEVE it imported correctly at least once before. However I can't find a way to do that again.
Thanks for the help!

Thanks for submitting a support ticket and sending the sample file.
Typically when using the command: File > Import > Compressed File (*.zip), FAB3000 imports a *.zip file, and searches for all files located in the zip parent directory or any child folder.
In this case, the Eagle files are two child folder levels deep and the gerber and drill files are both separated into separate folders.
To load this file, please perform the following:
Unzip the file B-4457_2026-03-24.zip into a temporary folder.
Start FAB33000 and go to menu: File > Import > AutoLoad...
Select the Gerber folder and import. ... B-4457_2026-03-24/CAMOutouts/GerberFiles/*.*
Select the Drill folder and import. ... B-4457_2026-03-24/CAMOutouts/DrillFiles/*.*
Here's a quick video (no sound) showing how to import this type of zip file,
